1. Lipase:

Activity definition:

One unit (U) of lipase is defined as the amount of enzyme that releases 1 μmol of titratable fatty acid per minute from the substrate at 40°C, pH 7.5.

2. Alkaline protease:

Activity definition:

1 unit (U) of alkaline protease refers to the amount of enzyme that hydrolyzes casein within 1 minute at 40°C for 1g of enzyme powder (1ml of liquid enzyme) to produce 1μg of tyrosine.°C, pH 10.5.

3. Medium temperature amylase:

Activity definition:

4. Combination of three enzymes

(1). Lipase can hydrolyze triglycerides into diglycerides, monoglycerides and free fatty acids to remove grease and greasy on clothes.

(2). Alkaline protease can degrade proteins into water-soluble polypeptides and amino acids.

(3). Amylase can hydrolyze the 1, 4-α glucosidic bonds in amylose, and rapidly degrade gelatinized starch into soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides.

(4). You can also add cellulase to it. It can make the structure of cellulose fluffy, so that the detergent can fully contact the dust and dirt that penetrates deep into the cellulose. Only in this way can better washing effect be achieved.
