Product Description
alkaline amylase
Alkaline amylase is a brown liquid product. It is produced by submerged fermentation of Aspergillus strains, which can decompose α-1,4-glucosidic bonds and depolymerize starch into dextrins of different chain lengths. This product is widely used in detergent industry.mechanism
Amylase degrades starch into water-soluble dextrin, oligosaccharides, and finally glucose, so that starch stains can be dissolved and removed.

The product has a wide working pH and temperature range: pH 6.0-10.0 and 25°C-60°C. Activity will be lost outside these ranges.
