Working Mechanism

Lipase is an enzyme necessary for the absorption and digestion of nutrients by microorganisms and higher organisms. This enzyme is responsible for the breakdown of lipids (fats), especially triglycerides, into diglycerides, monoglycerides, free fatty acids and glycerol.
