KINGWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Blanket is a lightweight insulation product. It has low thermal mass, which means it does not retain heat, has low thermal conductivity, and is a very effective insulating material. Its high thermal shock resistance makes it suitable for applications where traditional refractory materials cannot be used. So-called refractory ceramic fibers are made of high-purity aluminosilicate materials.

KINGWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Blankets consist of long, flexible interwoven fibers manufactured through a "blowing" and "spinning" process to produce a strong, lightweight and durable fiber blanket suitable for temperatures ranging from 1260°C to 1600°C.
KINGWOOL® ceramic fiber blanket is pure white in color and has a flat surface. The size can be cut according to your requirements.

KINGWOOL® ceramic fiber blanket is made by adding a small amount of high-purity aluminum silicate fiber binder through automatic control and continuous production process. It has the characteristics of accurate size, good flatness, high compressive strength, light weight and good thermal insulation performance. Anti-seismic and anti-stripping, it can be widely used for lining insulation around and at the bottom of kilns, as well as fire positions for ceramic kilns, craft glass molds and other parts.
